First Division South Player of the Month, Nicky Parker of Market Drayton Town was visited of the weekend by North West Counties League Management Committee Representative and League Awards Co-Ordinator Mr Peter Stokes to receive his award.
Nicky had an influential role in establishing Market Drayton Town as one of the early season challengers. Two out of his five Man of the Match awards were picked up in the month of August and in that time he also scord six times which included braces against Abbey Hey and Ashville.
