Ambitious Premier Division side Whitchurch Alport are looking to recruit a Club Secretary as the club looks to prepare for next season for all of its teams under the clubs banner.
The Club describe the role as the following:
CLUB SECRETARY POSITION
The Club Secretary will oversee and carry out the administrative duties of the football club, handling both external and football related correspondence.
The Secretary is the main point of contact for people both within and outside the club regarding the club’s activities.
The Secretary carries out, or delegates administrative and, or other work duties that enable the club and its members to function effectively.
Working closely with the Ladies’ Team Manageress, the Men’s Team Manager and the Chairman, the Secretary will manage all player administration in line with Football Association and Football League guidelines. Ideally, the successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in Club management at Step 7 or above.
The successful candidate will work in the best interests of the players, committee members, helpers and spectators and will represent the Club with integrity and vision at all times.
