Daisy Hill on the hunt for new Secretary

Daisy Hill FC can confirm that Club Secretary Bob Naylor will be stepping down from the role after sixty years.
They club are looking to recruit a committed individual to join them as Club Secretary following Bob's departure.
This important role within the club will be voluntary, and best suited to someone who has a background in grassroots or non-league football and has a knowledge of existing FA systems.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and would suit someone who has demonstrable administration and IT experience.
The main responsibilities will include:
· Regular contact with the FA, League officials, match officials and officials of opposing clubs, in relation to fixtures and general administration
· Working with our management team on the administration of player registration and discipline issues
· Working with other club representatives on general administration tasks related to the smooth running of the club
It would also be advantageous if the successful candidate has their own transport and is based within easy travelling distance to Daisy Hill, as regular attendance at club meetings, and at home and away games throughout the season, will be required.
