First Division North side Nelson have been removed from this seasons Edward Case Cup.
The club were charged with an alleged breach of Cup Rule 14f in relation to allegedly playing an ineligible player in their 6-0 win in the Preliminary Round at home to Garstang on 18th September 2024.
Having pleaded guilty, the Disipline Panel have ruled that the Club be removed from this seasons Competition and that Garstang be awarded the tie and progress to the First Round.
Garstang shall now play at home to Euxton Villa with this match to be played on Wednesday 23rd October 2024.
