League Milestones and Statistics: Saturday, 4th January 2026.

Christmas and New Year programme in the spotlight.

 

Overall Stats:

  • Daisy Hill conceded their 3,250th goal with the defeat at Bacup Borough
  • Alsager Town conceded their 1,600th goal when they lost their Boxing Day fixture at Sandbach.
  • FC Isle of Mans defeat to Stockport Town was their 200th game.
  • Longridge Town’s 2-2 with Ramsbottom Utd was their 50th drawn game.
  • Stafford Town’s opening goal in their 3-2 win against Foley Meir was their 300th.
  • Cammell Laird 1907 reached 400 league games with their match against Stockport Georgians

 

Home Stats:

  • Longridge conceded their 250th home goal in their Saturday draw.
  • Thornton Cleveleys conceded their 50th home goal with the 5-2 win against Maine Road.

 

Away Stats:

  • Market Drayton conceded their 100th away goal with the defeat at Eccleshall

 

Goal Heroes:

  • Just one in the holiday programme – Ethan Pickford, all three of Haughmond’s goals as they beat Shawbury United 3-1.
  • There have been no triples in the North Division throughout December

 

General Stats:

  • Ramsbottom Utd are undefeated at home – the only Prem team.
  • Maghull and Nelson are undefeated at home in the North Division
  • Runcorn Town are the only team across all three divisions, to be unbeaten on the road
  • No team in the South Division is unbeaten at home.
  • Steeton won a home game by a scoreline of 5-2 for the first time since joining the league. It was Colne’s first 2-5 away defeat since losing at Congleton Town in August 2012.
  • Squires Gate’s 3-1 home win against AFC Blackpool was their first 3-1 home win since March 2020 when they beat Barnoldswick Town
  • Cammell Laird 1907 recorded their first 0-0 in 52 matches.
  • Burscough’s 6-2 win at Pilkington was the first time they have registered this scoreline, home or away, in the NWCFL, having played 927 games.
