The NWCFL can today confirm that this year's Champions Cup between Bury FC (as Champions of the Premier Division) and Charnock Richard (as Winners of the League Challenge Cup) will take place at Gigg Lane on Monday 21st July, kick off 7.45pm.
This year's edition of the annual curtain raiser between League and Cup winners was initially scheduled for Saturday 19th July, but due to Bury having a contractual agreement as part of a player transfer they are not available to fulfil this fixture on that date. The two clubs have agreed to reschedule the fixture to the Monday evening.
