Overall Stats

• When Bury opened the scoring in their win against AFC Liverpool, it was the Merseyside clubs 1,000^th goal conceded.
• Darwen FC conceded their 1,100^th goal with the defeat at Ilkley, whilst the home side scored their 200^th.
• Ashville’s opening goal against Eccleshall was their 100^th in the league.
• Litherland’s win against Longridge was their 150^th.
• Stockport Georgians scored their 100^th goal in the defeat at Maine Road.

• Chadderton’s defeat at Prestwich on Thursday night was their 1,100^th on the road.
• Kendal Town’s opening goal in their 3-2 win at Charnock Richard was their 150^th away from home.
• Longridge played their 100^th away game as they went down at Litherland.

Bits and Pieces (Fake News - slightly)

One I just spotted that I missed from February. On 17^th Feb, Darwen and Daisy Hill drew 0-0. Darwen’s first league goalless draw for seven years, going back to 4^th November 2017. It was Daisy Hill’s first since 29^th August 2022.

TRUTH IS: Darwen drew with Pilkington on 15 April 2023 (last game of last season) but Daisy Hill DID draw on 29th August 2022 at Bacup. Thanks to those who pointed out the Darwen draw.
