EMIRATES FA CUP PRELIMINARY ROUND
South Liverpool are through to the First Qualifying Round of the FA Cup for the first time since 1990 after a 3-2 win at Longridge Town. Two goals from Jack Bentley, either side of one from George Clarkson, put them into a three goal lead midway through the second half. Goals from Francis Leather and Ethan Gough made for a tense finale but South held on to progress.
Trafford produced a giant killing with a 3-2 win at NPL side Runcorn Linnets. Ryan Brooke - Linnets' all time leading scorer - and Jensen Bowering put Trafford two ahead at the break David Worrall adding a third at the start of the second half. Linnets reduced the arrears before adding another in stoppage time, but could not find an equaliser.
Prestwich Heys are also through after a fine away win, that a 3-1 victory at Runcorn Town. After a goalless first half, Ellis Richardson and Tobias Green put Heys two goals ahead with Runcorn reducing the arrears with 20 minutes remaining. Matthew Smyth restored the two goal lead to see Heys through.
Litherland REMYCA live to fight another day after a 1-1 draw with NPL side Prescot Cables. Both goals came in first half stoppage time with Prescot going ahead before REMY equalised. The replay is midweek.
Elsewhere Droylsden levelled against Garforth Town with ten minutes remaining before losing 2-1 to a last minute winner. Nelson went down to a narrow 1-0 loss at Witton Albion.
The final game saw Euxton Villa bow out after a 3-2 loss at Lower Breck.
PREMIER DIVISION .
Atherton LR left it late to record a 2-1 victory at home to Ramsbottom United. An own goal midway through the first half put Rammy ahead with Cal Hunter levelling with five minutes to go. Hunter then netted the winner two minutes into stoppage time.
Burscough romped to a 6-3 victory at home to Abbey Hey with Callum Laird grabbing a hattrick for the Linnets. Jordan Darr scored twice for Charnock Richard as they won 3-0 at home to AFC Liverpool.
Glossop North End won 1-0 at home to Chadderton, with the final game finishing goalless between Barnoldswick Town and FC St Helens.
FIRST DIVISION NORTH
Maghull made it six successive wins with a 3-0 win at Garstang. Connor Rankin put them ahead just after the half hour with Jamie Clark adding another from the penalty spot six minutes into the second half. Nathan Peetwon secured the win with the third ten minutes from time.
Ashton Town also ran out 3-0 winners at Maine Road, all the goals there coming in the first half. However the biggest win of the day was from Steeton who won 4-0 at Squires Gate. Joshua Coe and Kevin Gonzalez put them two ahead inside 17 minutes, before adding another two in the second half.
Jacob Ngoy scored twice for Flixton as they beat AFC Blackpool 3-1 at home. Colne were 3-0 winners at home to Uppermill, all the goals there coming in the second half.
Cammell Laird 1907 also scored three as they beat Fulwood Amateurs 3-2. Ben Wood scored twice for Lairds, with Spencer Lucas also scoring two for the visitors.
Jacob Aspinall was another two score twice for Thornton Cleveleys as they won 2-1 at Ashton Athletic. Woolton won by the same scoreline at Daisy Hill, with Ashville being the third side of the day to win 2-1, their winner from Jack Edwards coming in stoppage time.
Bacup Borough drew 1-1 at home to AFC Knowsley, with Holker Old Boys' game with Halewood Apollo also finishing with that scoreline.

The biggest win of the season so far came from Allscott Heath as they beat Widnes Town 7-0. There were six different scorers with Benjamin Summers netting a brace with the opening two goals of the game.
There was a remarkable finale to the game at New Mills where Shawbury United led 2-1 deep into stoppage time. Six minutes into added time, Cameron Tetlow levelled for the Millers before Luc Ferry hit the winner for the home side a minute later.
Sam Preece scored twice for AFC Bridgnorth as they won 3-2 away at Alsager Town, that result moving them to the top of a tight league table, with Callum Parker scoring twice for Stafford Town in their 3-0 home win against Crewe.
Sandbach United cruised to a 4-1 home win over hitheroe leaders Wolverhampton Casuals. Dawley Town won 3-1 at home to Market Drayton Town, with Cheadle Heath Nomads winning 1-0 at Wednesfield Community thanks to Chigozie Ewelike's stoppage time winner.
Eccleshall won 1-0 at Foley Meir, with Bilston Town drawing 1-1 at home with Barnton. The final game saw Rhyce Brown sciore twice for Telford Town, but they were held 2-2 thanks to Samuel Mellor's leveller seven minutes into stoppage time.
