Padiham FC are about to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the original opening of the Arbories Memorial Sports Ground, the clubs home base since 1949, and for the last 18 months Padiham Sports Club the trustees of the site have been under taking improvements to both the football and cricket sides to the grounds.
The latest project, a "Time Line Wall Mural" currently being painted on the walkway wall leading from the sports ground car park to the football clubs turnstiles by artist Gavin Renshaw. The photo attached shows the latest stage of the wall mural in readiness for a festival of cultural and sporting activities that will take place at the Arbories during 2024.
