Despite the best efforts of the weather of late, our representatives have been out ensuring that any outstanding Monthly Awards are being presented.
This was the case recently at Gigg Lane, where Bury FC were presented with the January 2024 Premier Division Club of the Month award. The Bury FC Presentation party was presented with the award on behalf of the North West Counties League by League Chairman Mr Paul Lawler and League Development Officer Mr Charlie O'Brien as part of a double presentation with January's Reusch Premier Division Goalkeeper of the Month, Harry Wright.
They had a great record in January, playing 3 games and winning all three, 3-1 against Irlam at Home, 6-0 over Litherland Remyca at Litherland Sports Park and of course that eye catching 10-1 home win over Skelmersdale United.
