Kendal Town have been presented with their Club of the Month award for November 2022 and the Respect Award for the first third of the season.
League Committee Member Jeff Voller caught up with Chairman Michael O`Neill and Manager Jimmy Marshall at a recent game to present them with the award on behalf of the club.
The Club of the Month was a close run thing in November but winning the award for the first time was Kendal Town.
They had a 2-0 away win at Northwich Victoria followed by a draw at Charnock Richard. They then scored eight without replay against Kirkby Stephen in the County Cup, and followed this up with a 4-1 win at Burscough. Two successive home wins followed as they beat Congleton Town 2-1 and Barnoldswick Town 3-1. This gave them 18 points from 6 games for a 3.0 average.
