The North West Counties Football League announced 3-year sponsorship deal with Hallmark Security.

The North West Counties Football League today (6, June 2016), has announced a three-year sponsorship deal with Hallmark Security, with the league now being known as the 'Hallmark Security League' for season 2016/17.

Hallmark Security, based in Widnes, Cheshire provides security provision for commercial business and already partners with a number of clubs within the North West Counties Football League, and is also headline sponsor of Step 7 feeder league, the Cheshire Football League.

Paul Lawler, Chairman of the league said: "We are delighted to welcome Hallmark Security on board as our headline sponsor and look forward to working with them on a successful partnership. A number of our clubs already have links with the company in helping provide security provision so we are building on the great work already being done and thank them for supporting the league."

Ian Ross, Managing Director of Hallmark Security, said: "As an existing supporter of football within Cheshire, we wanted to expand our reach to help clubs throughout the North West. Last season a number of clubs in the League suffered significant financial losses due to break-ins and vandalism at their grounds and club houses - money that is better spent elsewhere. We will be working with the league in order to help clubs by providing free advise and can offer a variety of cost effective solutions. Being chairman of a League club, I understand the pressures on clubs at this level and look to work with all our clubs going forward."
