The League Management Committee can now confirm that Bacup & Rossendale Borough are reprieved from relegation to Division One.
The move comes as a result of the FA's earlier announcement that Kidsgrove Athletic will not be relegated to the NWCFL.
The decision in relation to Bacup & Rossendale Borough is made in accordance with League Rule 13.4 which states as follows:
"In the event...there exists any further vacancy in the Premier Division for whatever reason (including reconstruction of the League) any such vacancy shall be filled as follows - by the next bottom club in the Premier Division".
The FA has also informed the League Management Committee that meetings will be held with Stockport Town and Cammell Laird 1907 on a date to be confirmed in mid-June with regard to their respective applications to join the NWCFL.
