League Constitution For Season 2013-14

The constitution of the North West Counties Football League for season 2013-14 was agreed at the League AGM in Blackpool today.
The Premier Division will comprise 22 clubs as announced previously, with Abbey Hey and West Didsbury & Chorlton being promoted to the Premier Division. Despite finishing in a relegation position, Squires Gate will not be relegated and will retain their place in the Premier Division.
Bacup Borough will now compete in the Premier Division under the new name of Bacup & Rossendale Borough FC.
Stone Dominoes were relegated from the Premier Division, but have previously tendered their resignation to the League Secretary, and will therefore not compete in the competition next season.
Division One will comprise 19 clubs, with Hanley Town, 1874 Northwich and Widnes Vikings joining the league.
Northwich Villa will compete in Division One under the new name of Northwich Flixton Villa FC.
