Irlam's Under 21 side capped a magnificent season in the Cheshire Under 21's Premier League by clinching the league championship.
The team assembled at Silver St ahead of Irlam Under 18s final home fixture against Macclesfield Town last Tuesday night, to receive the trophy from league secretary Ian McGuinness.
Irlam Secretary Warren Dodd said: "The side finished their campaign 5 points clear of Southport FC Youth and an incredible 51 goals ahead of their second placed rival on goal difference.
"It is certainly worth noting that only a handful of these talented players were involved with irlam's first team throughout the season".
